Clean hotel, I loved amicable and helpful staff. Booked a room with nice views over the sea. As for me, the location was stunning, close to the outskirts of Punta Arenas. It also was to the downtown.
Not obvious to find.

I was offered a room with pleasant views over the sea. The position of the hotel was particularly good, close to the center of town. Costanera del Estrecho was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The double room had a nice "sea view" and the breakfast included bacon, scrambled eggs, and jam, plus the location was great, right by the waterfront in a lovely area.

the view from the living room was stunning, overlooking the town and the sea. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. Arthuro, the host, was incredibly helpful. Safe parking was provided for motorcycles and cars. The penguin tour with Solo Expeditiones was conveniently located just a 12-minute walk away.
